Year 1 at Beeston Castle

Despite the rain, learners in Year 1 had a wonderful time at Beeston Castle as they brought their learning about 'Kings and Queens' alive.  The children thoroughly enjoyed bringing their learning to life including learning about arrow slits, moats, drawbridges and the types of people who used to live in castles.  It was a fantastic day!
