Oracy Education at Oldfield Brow

Today, Mr. Cash and Mrs. Moody had a very early start as they took a train to London to attend the 'Speaking Summit' organised by Voice 21 as we begin to shape our school's approach to Oracy education at Oldfield Brow.  We believe that Oracy is a key component in allowing all of our learners to achieve our vision of having the skills, knowledge and attitude to "thrive in a changing world" (School Vision, 2023)

During the summit, we were privileged to hear from the new chair of the Independent Commission on the Future of Oracy Education in England on the day of its launch i.e. today @voice21oracy #forwardthinking #InspiretheExceptional
